After a long day of wearing high heels, put your feet up. If you can sleep while your feet are up, that would be good to let the blood circulate properly. Doing this can help you avoid getting varicose veins. Once your feet are rested, you can soak them in a container with warm water and rose petals for about 15 minutes. This softens the skin on the feet, which makes you avoid having calluses and bunions. Every so often, have a foot spa for your feet to be massaged and relaxed after all the walking in heels.
Accessories to Complete Your Makeup Kit
Your makeup kit is an important thing to bring every day. Although you have applied makeup initially before going out, you will need to touch up on your makeup at some hours of the day. For example, your lipstick hardly lasts the whole day because you eat and drink in between work and other activities. Whether you like it or not, it may go to the food you eat or stick to the glass you are using. Having complete makeup items in your kit is necessary. Among these are a foundation, blush, eye shadow, eye liner and lipstick.
However, even if you have all the right makeup in your kit, you will not be able to skillfully apply these without the right accessories. If you have powder foundation, then a large brush will help you even it out on your skin. For cream and liquid foundations, a sponge is helpful in applying it. Sponges can help fill out the areas where your skin is uneven.
For the eyes, an eyelash curler is necessary. This gives a nice curve to your lashes and makes the mascara easier to apply and look better. When using an eyelash curler, divide your eyelashes into three layers, starting from the back towards the tip. This gives it a nicer appearance.
After applying eye shadow using the applicator that comes with the makeup, use an eye-defining brush to even out the colors. It you use a minimum of two colors on your eyes; an eye-defining brush will make the colors flow naturally. You wouldn’t want an obvious line where the two colors meet.
Although lipsticks do not come with other accessories, it is nice to buy a lip brush. This makes your lipstick more defined and even. You can cover even the small corners of your lips and avoid getting lipstick on the sides of your mouth.
